CarRentum offers an online car rental service related to Turkey . These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and CarRentum. Please read them with the Privacy Notice.

Agreement to terms

Accessing or using the website constitutes acceptance. If you cannot accept the Terms, do not use CarRentum.

Service description

The website lets users explore rental options and submit requests online. Listings and prices can change. CarRentum does not promise that every vehicle or rate on the market will appear in search results.

Rules for using the website

• Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or other users’ accounts
• Do not post unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
• Do not use bots to extract data except as allowed for ordinary browsing or legitimate indexing
• Do not misuse contact or messaging features

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules , subject to applicable law.

Accounts

If registration is available, you must be able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and should notify us if you suspect misuse.

Intellectual property

CarRentum and its licensors retain rights in site materials. Limited personal use is allowed. Trademarks of vehicle makers appear for identification and remain owned by their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy of every listing. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

Liability boundary

Where the law allows, CarRentum’s liability for claims linked to site use is limited to direct losses that were reasonably foreseeable, and excludes lost profits or indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover CarRentum against third party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or your breach of these Terms, except where CarRentum caused the loss.

Ending access

You may stop using CarRentum whenever you wish. We may end or restrict access for breach, risk, or legal need. Surviving clauses (such as IP and liability limits) continue as applicable.
